Mimi is an adorable 11yr old Miniature Pinscher currently in the care of Mayflower Sanctuary in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Described as the “Queen of Sass” she has a big personality that you can’t help but fall for !
(Note – Mayflower Sanctuary usually only rehome within a 50 mile radius of Doncaster)
Mimi would like to live as an only dog in a child free home where she can get lots of love and affection. She is a real lap dog with those that she knows and with whom she feels safe, as it does take her a little while to get to know new people. Strangers arriving at the house can unsettle Mimi, so a meet and greet outside is preferable until she gets to know you. Once she does, she will be your real bestie.
She is good on the lead, enjoys a nice steady walk and for her age is still pretty lively. Basic training is fun for Mimi and she loves treats, so that helps !

Mimi can be left for a few hours on her own, settling nicely, although if she can see out of a window and there is a lot going on outside, she can be a bit vocal. A nice calm and quiet home would make Mimi very happy.
It’s thought that perhaps Mimi’s eyesight maybe deteriorating, which could account for her nervousness with new people, but it definitely does not effect her enjoying life to the full and wanting lots of love.
Mayflower Sanctuary request that all fencing at Mimi’s new home be a minimum of 5ft
