Levi (Forever Hounds Trust, Somerset)

Lovely Levi is no doubt quite a character – just look at those perky ears! This handsome Greyhound is eight years old, but he’s still very new to the world outside his racing kennel and is regarding all the new experiences with wide-eyed wonder. He ran in the UK before having a career in Ireland and retiring in 2013 – and he’s been waiting for his forever home ever since hoping Forever Hounds Trust in Somerset can find him the warm, loving home he deserves.

Already enjoying a few home comforts chez FHT, Levi has developed a love of soft toys. He gets really excited when he sees them and likes to throw them around. He is also quite nervous while he’s finding his feet and would appreciate a quieter home. For these reasons, he would be better living with older children or teenagers rather than younger children.

Levi is happy around other dogs and will greet them shyly. He could live with a calm canine companion who could show him the ropes.
