2/11/17 – Maisie has found a new home. Yay!
——————-

This golden oldie is Maisie and she is a white and grey Whippet aged around 14 years. She is looking for a quiet retirement home with a comfy sofa and a welcoming lap to snooze on. Until then, she is being looked after by the RSPCA Essex South, Southend and District Branch who hope to find her that precious, forever home urgently.

Maisie is simply a beautiful, sweet-natured girl. She was placed in foster upon her arrival with the RSPCA and was a wonderful guest in her foster home that she shared with a younger Whippet. She now shares with Cavaliers and a Lurcher too.

A quiet, calm environment would suit Maisie and she would prefer an adult household as she just loves all the fuss and attention. She snoozes a lot, but is affectionate and, as she has lived with another dog before, a calm canine companion would be welcomed, but no felines please. She doesn’t ask for much: a stroll, some food and a comfy sofa to snooze on.

Maisie walks nicely on the lead and can be left alone for short periods. She has had a health check, had a dental and a mammary tumour removed. She has also been microchipped, worm and flea treated and will come with 6 weeks’ free pet insurance.
