21/1/18 – Troy has found a new home
—————-

Troy is an 11 year old Collie cross gentleman. He’s in foster care and is looking for a quiet, adult only home with the help of Dogs Trust West Calder in Scotland. They can rehome him anywhere in the UK but you’ll need to come and meet him first.

He loves to lie on the grass and sunbathe in the garden. He is very sweet and loyal with his owners and really does enjoy having company. He’ll need someone for company for most of the day.

Troy loves going on adventures with his people. His favourite game is find the hot dogs, they are his favourite tasty treat and like all super clever collie types, he really excels at his task.

Troy has been known to be grumpy with boisterous dogs so would prefer a more relaxed environment when he is out for his walks.  Understandably, he’s not keen on going to the vet and being poked about. He does need experienced owners who can help him overcome his fear of being examined, this can be done with time and patience…and maybe some bits of hot dog!

Although Troy is an older gentleman he still lives life to the full! He enjoys going for walks and investigating new surroundings. Troy is very loving and will make a great companion… knowing you to be the most amazing person in the world!
