18/08/18 – Richard has been adopted! Hooray!

Richard is an affectionate 9 year old Lab/Collie cross looking for a home with the help of Animal Adoption International. They rescued him from a shelter in Romania and he’s now getting used to home comforts in foster care in Guildford, Surrey. He’s a super friendly chap and loves nothing better than being cuddled!

He is good on the lead and loves going for walks. Although he’s good with other dogs, he would probably be happier as an only dog in the home. Much more relaxing!

An initial quirk Richard had was barking at mirrors. He’s eased off on this, thankfully. Mind you, if that strange, flat dog keeps looking at him funny and mocking him by copying all his action, well… it just better not is all!

Richard is a lovely old boy and will make a lovely companion. A quiet, adult-only retirement home would be best for him, with an interesting garden for snuffling, patrolling and lounging.

Richard is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and healthy. And he has a passport!

If you can offer dear old Richard the loving retirement home he deserves, please contact Animal Adoption International as follows:
