25/06/18 – Gorgeous Bear, the bomb disposal expert, has now found a new home. Brilliant news for a brilliant boy!
This handsome boy is called Bear! He’s an 8 year old German Shepherd in the care of Vigil GSD Rescue at their kennels in Surrey. Wouldn’t he be a splendid addition to your home?!
Bear is friendly with everyone. He really loves his squeaky toys and is happy for them to be kicked around for him to play with. He can be a bit possessive of his toys but if you’re playing with him, he’s a happy boy!
It’s thought he worked in bomb disposal. Amazing, right?! This bodes very well for his level of training and he must be super intelligent and loyal.
He’s looking for a peaceful retirement, preferably without bombs. He can only manage short walks at the moment as he hasn’t been exercised much lately. This can be built up gradually. A garden to patrol and potter in is important. What he needs most though, is someone to love!
