10/3/18 – Bowie has found a home!
Bowie is absolutely stunning with his mini-retriever look! He is around 7-8 years old and sadly resided in a public shelter in Romania for over a year before being rescued by Safe Rescue who brought him to the UK.
Poor Bowie was so traumatised when he arrived that he wouldn’t let anyone near him at first, the poor soul. He had been caught be a dog catcher in Romania and he feared the same happening again.
As you can see from the photo above, he is now comfortable with people and will approach for a fuss and a cuddle. It took a year of kind treatment by humans to restore his trust and now he is just a little hesitant when he meets new people, but will soon approach them for a cuddle!
Bowie is very good with other dogs and children aged over five. He will need regular grooming. Bowie loves his walks and becomes completely playful and rejuvenated when taken out which is a joy to see. He is fantastic both on and off lead.
Bowie loves his walks and when he is out he is a happy, playful boy which is a true joy to see. It is so lovely to see him out enjoying life after all he has been through.
This sweet, handsome boy has done his time in a shelter and on the streets. He has had enough of living outside in all weathers with no home to call his own. He wants and needs a home and family where he can feel secure and loved.
