22/3/18 – Sweet little Gizzy has found his new home!
This little man is totally adorable! Gizzy is a sweet little 13 year old terrier cross boy who just wants to snuggle up to you for a snooze onthe sofa or go out for a gentle stroll with you at his side. Little Gizzy is being cared for by Dogs Trust Newbury until that special someone comes for him and takes him to his forever home.
Gizzy would love a quiet home and family who will allow him to be himself; and older gent who appreciates a calm atmosphere and slow lazy days of lounging about surrounded by his loved ones. He has the sweetest little personality and is an easy-going little chap who is happy just to be with you.
That said, Gizzy still has his terrier spark so is apt to chase cats or small furries. He could, however, live with a calm female dog, although he would probably prefer to be the only dog in the house so he can have all the attention!
Gizzy is well behaved and travels well in the car. He really doesn’t need any further training, but he is not adverse to treats! He enjoys visiting family and friends but does like to take time out for a nice long snooze.
Gizzy can share his home with older children (11+) who are calm and can give him the space he needs. He is an easy boy to have around and will bring so much love to your family.
