28/05/18 – Levi has found his new home!

———————

Dear gentle Levi is a 7/8 year old Lurcher and he’s in the care of an Evesham Greyhound & Lurcher Rescue foster home in Worcestershire.

Levi has had a pretty tough time recently, having arrived in rescue with an unstable leg fracture. He had to undergo an extensive operation called V Pet, which involved platelets and stem cells being filtered from his blood then injected into the fracture site to stimulate healing. Following the op Levi had to have his leg immobilised so he was on crate rest for some weeks. But being such a chilled and well behaved boy, he was the perfect patient and is now all fit and ready for his new home.

Levi walks beautifully on his lead and he’s good with other dogs. He would be happy sharing his new home with other canine companions, but equally content to be the only dog.

An adult-only home or one with older children would suit Levi, but no cats please. He doesn’t ask for much, just lots of love, a comfy bed and some interesting walks will suit him fine.
