6/1/19 – Lovely Lexie has been rehomed!
—————-

Lexie is a very loving and active 7-year-old Staffy girl who is with Senior Staffy Club because her owners had to start working very long hours and leaving her for much longer than she was used to. Poor Lexie became quite distressed. Having said this, she doesn’t need constant company and is fine to be left alone for a reasonable amount of time. She is in kennels in the Stafford area.

Lexie is a typical staffy who loves to play, but she also loves cuddles and being warm and snuggly. She does not like the cold! She is quite a clever girl and will follow commands. She understands sit; leave; go and have drinks; have wees; have wees for bed!; high five; ‘pass my paw’. Also, once she has been shown a toy, she will go and collect it when asked to, for example, ‘get your teddy’!

Lexie has lived with children and is very good with them, but would best suit a home with older children (10 years plus) as she is very active. She would enjoy a lively household where she can have lots of stimulation and exercise. She walks fine with other dogs so might be OK to live with a compatible dog. It isn’t thought she’d be suitable to live with cats.

Lexie is fine to be home alone for a few hours a day. She is well behaved at the vets and doesn’t bother about the other dogs there.

Could you offer Lexie a fun family home and lots of snuggles?
