19/7/18 – Handsome Max has found his new home – wonderful!

Handsome Max is 9 years old and he is in kennels in Surrey, with Vigil GSD Rescue, after arriving in rescue with his brother. Their elderly owner could no longer look after them. Max has been waiting in kennels since January and he’s desperate to find a new home where he can have all the cuddles and love he is missing out on.
Max is a very friendly dog who loves people and is good with children. He would be best as an only dog in his new home.
He is an active boy who is good on the lead but will pull towards other dogs, though it seems as though he just wants to check them out. Overall he is a well-mannered boy and he takes treats very gently, bless him.
Max will make a super dog in a home with someone who is happy to take a little bit of time to complete his training. He will be a wonderful, loyal and loving friend. Could Max be your new best friend?
