Possum (RSPCA South Godstone Animal Centre, Surrey)

Possum is an adorable 8 year old Patterdale Terrier who is at RSPCA South Godstone Animal Centre in Surrey.

Possum is such a sweet, loving dog and she gets on very well with people and dogs. She is looking for a nice quiet home, perhaps with older people, as she has had an injury to her leg and only needs short walks. She could live with secondary school aged children, but not younger – purely because she needs to be prevented from injuring her leg again.

Possum could potentially live with a calm dog of a similar size that won’t want to tear around and play. It’s thought that Possum needs a home without cats. She is such a lovely girl and truly deserves a loving home.

Possum is recovering from surgery to repair a luxating patella on her right hind leg. There is an ongoing issue with her right hip which may or may not require surgery in the future. It will need to be monitored closely with regular trips to the vets for checkups. She is neutered.

Could you offer pretty Possum the calm new home she needs?
