Scooby is a gorgeous, 11 year old, grey and white Inuit male who has been living in a home for a long time, but has had to come into rescue kennels with Stray Dogs Sanctuary in Devon because his owner is not allowed to have dogs in his present accommodation.

As you can see from his photo, Scooby is a happy, lovely natured boy. He is used to being an only dog but gets on well with other dogs. He has been around children and was good with them so visiting children would be fine though, due to his age, Scooby would prefer peace and quiet with no young children living in the home. He ignores cats unless they run, so he could possibly live with a cat. He’s quite the perfect all-rounder.

Scooby has been neutered and has had his health check. The vet said that he has an age-related back problem, so he has been prescribed Metacam to keep him pain-free which will probably continue long-term.

Scooby would love to find a quiet retirement home where he can spend the rest of his days. Could you help him? If so, please contact Stray Dogs Sanctuary as follows:
