13/11/19 – Bonnie, aka Nubs, has gone to her new home!
——————-

Bonnie is a smallish 13-year-old Jack Russell who has also been known as ‘Nubs’ and she answers to both names. She is from a loving home and she finds herself in rescue with South East Dog Rescue as there were genuinely no other options for the poor little poppet.

Bonnie has taken a few days to settle in and she is now feeling much more relaxed and confident. Bonnie could live with an older person or couple but you will need to be fairly fit as she does like her walks. She goes for walks on a long lead and she also enjoys a game of ball in the garden. She is quite agile and inquisitive so her new home will need good fencing.

In foster she has been clean in the house and hasn’t chewed things she is not supposed to, but she will shred a tennis ball if left unattended. She is sharing the house with four Rottweilers but has made no attempt to play with them. She loves people and would be happy as the only dog in the house, or with a dog that will be happy to leave her alone.

During the day she will take herself off to her bed or find a place in the sun by the door for a nap. In the evening she will sleep on the sofa next to you, or on your lap. At night she sleeps in her bed, but she would probably love to sleep on her new owner’s bed.

Bonnie has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Could you offer little Nubs a lovely new place to call home?
