31/12/19 – Harry has found a home

Harry is a wonderful 14-year-old Lakeland Terrier mix who is at Dogs Trust’s Newbury rehoming centre and will ideally be rehomed within half an hour of there.

He is a sweet little lad who loves to play ball, go for a walk, or snuggle up and snooze. He just wants to be with you and he needs a quiet, adult home where his people will be around most of the time as he can be distressed when left. He doesn’t act his age and is still full of beans when he wants be, and he loves to do puzzle games.

Harry knows his basic training and is happy to demonstrate this in return for something tasty! He loves to be with people and would like to be the only pet in the home, but he doesn’t mind meeting calm canine friends on walks. Harry is a beautiful little companion who just loves to spend time with you and have a gentle fuss.

Harry has some ongoing medical needs that will need to be monitored in his new home. Dogs Trust will be happy to discuss these in more detail if you contact them. As part of their adoption process Dogs Trust require a minimum of three visits to the centre.

Could you offer Harry a quiet home and your company, preferably within half an hour of Dogs Trust’s Newbury centre?
