17/2/19 – Jorah has found her new home!
——————-

Jorah is a lovely 10 year old German Shepherd girl who is with German Shepherd Dog Rescue looking for a new home because she was unwanted. Jorah is currently kennelled in Swindon but the rescue are hoping to get her into a foster home while she waits for a forever home offer.

Jorah is currently very skinny and the rescue are working to build her up. Because she is so thin, she is currently food obsessed, and who can blame her. She can seem a bit aloof, but her belly currently rules her head, so please don’t let that put you off.

Pretty Jorah would like a home where she is the only dog. She could live with older children. She has not been cat tested. Her new home will need high fences and she will need to initially be kept on the lead outside as she is an escape artist until she has settled into a new place. She is fine at the kennels now, but at first she was trying to escape, and she might revert to this until she feels secure and realises she is going to be well fed in her new home.

Jorah’s new people will need to help her learn that the next meal will always be there, and that it is safe for her to enjoy herself in between. She enjoys playing with toys and is used to walking on a lead.

Jorah has obviously not had the best of times of late and she thoroughly deserves to be happy for the rest of her days. Could you help Jorah?
