10/2/19 – Roxy has found a home!

This is a very loving lady Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Roxy who has just arrived back at Halfway Home Dog Rescue in Nottinghamshire and deserves a wonderful, forever home. She was rehomed recently but her new owner is allergic to her and so she fins herself in rescue again still waiting patiently.

Roxy is about 10 years old but don’t let that mislead you as she is an active lady who enjoys her walks and, like most Staffies, loves a fuss too. She is a very sweet girl. Sadly, she was waiting in the pound, her time was up and she was due to be put to sleep. Luckily, she now has a second chance of living a happy, fulfilling life. Roxy is currently in a local foster home, so anyone interested can have a chat with her foster mum.

Roxy is very friendly and playful; she loves to play ball. Like most Staffies, she adores people and lots of lovely fuss and cuddles. She is good with other dogs and great with children, but she would probably chase cats, so a cat-free home would best.
