8/2/19 – Storm has found a new home!

Storm is a gorgeous, approx. 7 year old Akita who just wants to snuggle with you! She was taken in by All Animals Rescue & Rehome in Essex when her time ran out in the council pound. She is the sweetest girl, happy to plod around and loves sleeping.
Poor Storm has wonky back legs, but it doesn’t dampen her zest for life! She has bad knees but it was thought that surgery was not her best option, as she isn’t in any pain. Due to this and Storm’s age, she will only require light exercise and would be happy with a large garden.
She needs owners who will give her time to settle in. She is perfectly clean in the house, is not destructive (unless it’s a soft toy!) and can be left for short periods without any problems. Storm is vocal when someone is at the door and being impressive looking, she’s a wonderful security guard.
She walks well on the lead although is a little excitable to get out the door at first. She is fine with other dogs, currently being fostered with 10 other dogs of all shapes and sizes. She is the mother hen to all the little ones and is excellent with them!
Storm is also fine with children, however, due to the rescue having no past history on her, she will only be rehomed with older children. She is not cat tested so it’s safest to assume cats are a no thank you.
Storm travels perfectly, in fact she just wants to curl up in comfort and sleep! She’s spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and worm/flea treated. She’s a very undemanding girl who would make a fantastic addition to any home. All she wants is to curl up with you for cuddles!
