25/05/2020 – Jack has been adopted! Hooray!

Jack came to All Animals Rescue & Rehome in Essex from the local pound. He’d been picked up as a stray and never reclaimed. His microchip says that he’s 10 years old and it’s thought he’s a Border Terrier cross. He was very subdued and confused when he arrived, understandably grieving for his owner. He is an adorable little lad once he knows you and loves nothing more than having snuggles with you!

Jack is a fantastic little Terrier and, unlike most, he’s quite a couch potato. He still loves a ball, loves water, and loves to get mucky! Jack would make a great friend for an active older person. He’s a very affectionate and loves to cuddle up next to you. He is clean in the house and fine with other dogs but he would probably prefer to be the only dog, as that seems to be what he is used to. He would prefer an adult only home. He hasn’t been tested with cats but is very interested in the resident parrot so safest to say no cats or small furries.

Jack is neutered and microchipped, worm/flea treated and had a dental when he arrived. He is just so adorable and needs a loving home to see out his twilight years with comfort, warmth and lots of love.
