28/6/2021 Elegant Ellie is happy she didn’t have to wait long for her new home!

Ellie is a beautiful German Shepherd aged about 9 or 10. She is with All Animals Rescue & Rehome in Essex as her owner was struggling to care for her.
Ellie doesn’t act her age at all. She walks beautifully on the lead and has great recall. She spends most of the day snoozing on the sofa however she also loves food, walks, playing and having a swim. Most of all though she loves cuddles!
Ellie is very sociable with everyone and is a confident girl who loves exploring. She is calm in the house with excellent manners around food. She is learning to play fetch but hasn’t yet grasped bringing the ball back, however she is very smart and it doesn’t take long for her to learn new tricks.
Ellie needs a home with GSD experience. She is very typical of the breed in that she loves her humans but is not overly bothered about the company of other dogs. She could live with other calm, old dogs, but would prefer a home to herself. Ellie could live with children who are used to GSDs. She is a man’s dog, given the choice, but will go to anyone if she will get cuddles.
She is housetrained, not destructive at all and is content when left for short periods. She is a very undemanding and lazy girl in the house. She is really laid back and undemanding, but equally a cuddly, loyal companion.
Ellie is spayed, chipped and flea/worm treated. Could this gentle girl move in with you?
