30/8/21 – Lovely Gypsy has a new home lined up and is looking forward to beginning her new life!
————-

Gypsy is a gorgeous 10-year-old Lurcher who is with Cheltenham Animal Shelter in Gloucestershire.

Gypsy is a friendly girl who has been very sociable with all the staff at the rescue and she especially loves it when they give her attention and scratches. With all the love that Gypsy has to offer, she wants to spend lots of time with you and does not like to be left on her own for long periods. She is therefore is looking for a home where people are around a lot of the time. Gypsy can live with children aged 12 years and above.

Lovely Gypsy needs to be the only pet in her new home. Although she is friendly with dogs when out on walks, she isn’t accustomed to sharing her living space with them. She has a high prey drive so can’t live with smaller animals such as cats and rabbits etc.

Gypsy has been spayed. She arrived in rescue with a few mammary lumps which have now been operated on and happily proved to be non-cancerous. Gypsy is a little stiff on her back legs and so she is on long-term pain medication to treat this.

Note that although Cheltenham Animal Shelter do not have a strict rehoming location policy, they do ask that prospective adopters are willing to commit to visiting their site at least 3 times to meet the dog, and this may need to be more depending on the bond that is being built up between the owner and dog.

Could you offer beautiful Gypsy her ideal home and lots of love?
