Jess is simply a super sweetheart who is looking for her forever home after living most of her life on the streets of Romania. She chose to live in a school playground/field because she liked the children so much and they probably fed her too. Sadly, the local people didn’t like her and she was at risk of being poisoned, hence her coming into the safe hands of Helping Hounds Hampshire & Surrounds.

Jess is a spayed German Shepherd Cross and is around 7 – 8 years old. She is incredibly kind and gentle to all humans including children – all she wants is to be with you, stroked and petted. She also loves being groomed.

Jess would suit a home as an only dog as she wants all the fuss for herself. She is being walked on a muzzle without any problem because she doesn’t like dogs running up to her and tells them off.

Jess would be perfect for a home that either knows the GSD breed or has had larger breeds in the past. Her exercise is 30 mins x 2 times a day; she is fantastic on a lead/harness and doesn’t pull at all.

Please note: You must be within an hour’s drive of GU26 to apply for adoption.
