31/1/2020 Pretty Pringle has been adopted, hopefully forever this time.

Sadly, pretty Pringle is now up for adoption again after being returned to Safe Rescue through no fault of her own when her adopters decided to leave the country. Her next home needs to be forever as it is not fair to keep moving her around, so anyone applying should be committed to her for the rest of her life please.
Pringle is a lovely, 9 year old Labrador Cross. She was originally living in a Romanian shelter and was brought to the U.K. by another rescue a couple of years ago. It is believed that she went straight into a home with an older lady where she lived quite happily for a year but her adopter was never able to touch her or get a lead on her. After a year, she was unable to keep her and the rescue involved was forced to place her in a kennel environment as there was no-one that could take her. The Rescue was asked to help and collected her. She’s now living in a foster home in Windsor, Berkshire.
This was over a year ago now and it took a long time to convince the stubborn girl that it really is okay for humans to touch her and it really is fun to go on walks! She’s still quite an independent dog who loves to snooze her days away on a comfy bed or sofa, but she’s not adverse to being stroked by people she knows and will now reluctantly admit that she does in fact enjoy fuss and walks. She’s still a bit stubborn and wilful, but her carers actually admire that about her.
Pringle is okay with other dogs but could also live quite happily without them. She loves her food and you most certainly have her full attention at meal times, both her meals and yours. She has lived with cats but doesn’t like them in her face, so it needs to be a cat that doesn’t invade her space.
Pringle is an undemanding dog; her life has not been an easy one and she now just needs a retirement home where she can just be herself and be loved for it even if she’s not one for showing a huge amount of gratitude.
Pringle is neutered, microchipped and an adoption fee and home check apply.
