Friendly and loving, little Stella is a 9 – 10 year old Dachshund Cross. She has been returned to the care of Safe Rescue as her owner recently unexpectedly passed away and again she finds herself without a home. She is currently living in a foster home in Filby, Norfolk.

Stella was initially rescued from a Romanian shelter around 6 years ago. She was adopted and has been very well loved and looked after for all of those years until now. She is a sweet little girl who would like a quiet retirement home to live out her twilight years.

Stella gets on okay with dogs and has no issues with cats, but she would like a home with no young children. She is a good girl on and off-lead. Stella travels well in a car and can be left home alone for a few hours with no issues.

Stella is neutered vaccinated and microchipped. She has had a dental and is a bit of a fragile old girl who does have some physical issues that new adopters need to be aware of. She has an ongoing and long-term cough caused by damage to her larynx sustained in her past. She also has a limp but that doesn’t stop her being a plucky little girl who still enjoys short walks.
