23/7/22 – We are delighted to update that little Bob has found a new home after being spotted on the Oldies Club website!

Little Bob is a super 7-year-old Patterdale Terrier who is being rehomed privately by his owner. He is in Rochester, Kent.

Bob has become anxious since his family had a baby 10 months ago and they are unable to give him the attention he deserves. They therefore want to find Bob a lovely home where he will be happy once again.

Bob is a fabulous boy and he loves a cuddle. He’s a great companion and is very chilled around the home. He also loves an adventure but he likes to go to places where there aren’t lots of other dogs, so that he can enjoy sniffing the surroundings in peace.

Cheeky Bob is quite temperamental around other dogs and would therefore be best as an only dog. He can’t live with cats. Although life with a baby isn’t suiting Bob, he should be fine with kind older children (minimum age 7 years) who understand the need to be gentle with him. Bob isn’t a fan of loud noises such as sirens and fireworks.

He is an active boy who loves a walk. A 15-minute walk will keep him happy but he is also fine to go out for a couple of hours when that suits you. In the car he takes a little while to settle down, but he is used to travelling often and has even been on a 3-week road trip with his owners.

Bob has no health issues and isn’t taking any medication. He is neutered.

Bob is being rehomed privately by Lisa, who has confirmed that she will take him back if his new home doesn’t work out for any reason. Prospective adopters will be carefully homechecked.

Could you offer Bob a home as your only pet and where he can have walks in quiet places?
