Cookie is a “cuddle monster” who was born in Leicester Animal Aid rescue centre 9 years ago and now, sadly, she is back due to a change in her family’s circumstances.

Cookie is a 9 year old Akita Cross and is a very friendly, easy-going girl. She has passed the boisterous stage in life and now really enjoys the chilled, cuddly time on the sofa. She’s definitely a real cutie with her white muzzle and is house-trained.

Cookie loves meeting new people and other dogs and could potentially live with the right match. She’s a fab walker and so suits anyone. Regular potters are ideal for her with a nice garden to wander round in. She doesn’t ask for much but snuggles and food!

Cookie would quite like teenage children to live with and a new owner who is happy to have company for the majority of the day. She does get quite lonely when left on her own, but she’s at that age where she is no bother.
