26/10/22 – Gorgeous Gem has found a new home!

—————–

Lovely Gem was taken in by the Forest of Dean Dog Rescue when she was found as a stray and she’s now ready and waiting for her forever home.

There is no history about Gem, but she is a cuddly Collie and it’s believed she is approximately 7 – 8 years old. Gem loves her people, walks well on a lead and travels well in the car. She also loves to play ball. She can be left for short periods.

Gem seems to be non-reactive to other dogs when out and about, but she will snap if a dog gets too close. She does seem to like older, male dogs of a similar size to herself, so she could possibly be rehomed with a male dog providing the meet and greet goes well. She is not fond of cats and, with no background information on Gem, any children in the home should be aged 14+.

Gem has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed and has no known medical conditions.
