1/10/22 – Zita’s found a home!
Zita is a gorgeous Malinois/German Sheperd Cross who has come into the care of Safe Rescue and is living in a foster home in Norwich, Norfolk, until she finds her forever home.
Zita is 7 years old and finds herself in care due to a change in domestic circumstances resulting in her family being unable to keep her. She is a very young seven and still very strong and active. She’s a super friendly and affectionate girl with a lot of love to give.
Zita is currently living with dogs very happily, but she would be equally as happy as an only dog getting all the love and attention. She is not good with small animals and has an aversion to horses. She has been around children and enjoys their company, but her size and strength need to be taken into account as she could bowl small children over.
Zita still needs a good level of exercise and needs someone physically strong as she does pull on lead when excited. She is vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
Note: Safe Rescue have a policy that all dogs adopted from them must wear a slip lead on walks for the duration of their lives. Please only enquire about Safe Rescue dogs if you are happy to always use a slip lead – extendable leads are not acceptable to Safe Rescue. All dogs have to be collected and a crate must be used.
