27/9/23 – Lovely Billy has found a new home!
Despite having had a sad past when Billy was clearly beaten, he is such a sweet boy who is looking for a new, loving home with the help of Bid to Save a Stray rescue and is enjoying the comfort of a foster home in Malvern, Worcestershire, until then.
Dear, sweet, little Billy is a gorgeous, loveable little lad aged about 7/8 years old. He loves to have cuddles from people, but sudden movements can scare him and make him yelp in anticipation of being hit. Billy is a medium-sized dog and would make a fantastic companion who can devote time to him.
Billy needs a quiet home with his owners to be around the majority of the time to build up a bond with him. He is fearful of wearing a harness and going for a walk but, once the bond has been created between him and his owners, he will start to enjoy outings again.
Billy gets along really well with other dogs. He lives with a giant dog in his foster home and he is not fazed by her size and equally gets on fine with similar sized dogs too.
Billy is such a gentle boy who loves to give kisses and would like a home with lots of love and patience in watching him blossom in confidence. He is nervous in the car and this is stemmed from not understanding what is happening.
