7/12/23 – Busi is on a home trial!
————-

Beautiful Busi is a cute Crossbreed, possibly Chihuahua/Spitz, and is 15 years old (born April 2008). She is being rehomed privately by her owner and is living in London. Sadly, she needs to find a new home due to the arrival of a small baby.

Busi enjoys her walks or even just sitting outside. She likes playing with her toy and, of course, attention and cuddles. Food is a big favourite. Busi could live with older children aged 10+ years as long as they are dog-savvy and respect her need for a quiet life with no pushing/pulling, letting her sleep when resting and no unexpected approaches, etc.

Busi can be left alone for no more than 6 – 8 hours but, ideally, she would prefer to live with someone who works at home or part-time as she loves company. She is fairly active and can go for 20 – 30 minutes on one walk but, on some days, only short walks are needed because of arthritis.

Busi could live with a compatible dog as she’s fine with some dogs but can get jealous of others, though she is good with cats. Busi is also fine in the car and sleeps during driving.

Busi is neutered and is healthy overall. She is deaf now, so no sounds disturb her. As she doesn’t hear, any sudden touches when asleep in bed can frighten her. She has age-related arthritis and is taking Yumove supplements for this.

Busi is being rehomed privately by Lia, who has confirmed that she will take Busi back if her new home doesn’t work out for any reason. Prospective adopters will be carefully home-checked.
