25/09/2023: Lucky has been adopted, having been spotted on Oldies Club! Hooray!

Dear little Lucky is a 13-year-old Jack Russell Terrier boy who’s looking for a new home as his owner sadly passed away. He’s being rehomed privately by the family and is in Cannock, Staffordshire.

Lucky wants to be the only pet in the home. He’s very affectionate with his family and can live with dog-savvy children as long as they respect his nap times. There’s a child of 4 at the house he’s currently staying in and they’re fine with each other, despite Lucky’s love of cuddly toys!

On walks, Lucky is good on the lead. He doesn’t like to be approached by other dogs so it’s best to steer away from any unruly ones or advise their owner they’ll get short shrift if they get too close. He currently has one or two walks a day. He loves meeting people. They might give him a fuss after all!

Lucky is well-behaved in the home. He can be left for a few hours, once he’s settled in. He’s a good boy in the car as well.

He is neutered and in good condition for his age. He has medication once a month to control seizures, not caused by epilepsy and they don’t affect his enjoyment of life.

Lucky is an easy dog to live with and to love. His carer describes him as a real fuss pot!

Lucky is being rehomed privately by Simon who has confirmed he would take Lucky back if his new home didn’t work out for any reason. Prospective adopters will be carefully homechecked.
