7/12/23 – Rehomed!
Sweet old pair Misty (12, black Crossbreed) and Poppy (9, Jack Russell Terrier Cross) are in a foster home through Battersea Brands Hatch in Kent. They are devoted to each other and want a peaceful, cosy retirement home together.
Misty and Poppy both enjoy a fuss from those they trust but Poppy is much quicker to trust people than Misty. She’s confident with new people as well as other dogs, out and about. She will bound up to her foster carer for a snuggle whenever the mood takes her!
Misty is more wary of new situations, people and dogs. She does build up a bond gradually and now comes to her foster carer for some fuss now and then.
They want to be the only pets in the home and for any children to be of the sensible teenage variety. Both ladies spend a lot of their day snoozing, usually snuggled up together! They like gentle walks and are polite with other dogs.
Misty and Poppy love having someone around most of the time so they can fully relax. Once they’re settled in to their retirement home, they should be OK to leave for a while but they’d always rather have company. They’re both clean and well behaved in the home.
Both girls are spayed and in good health. When they arrived they each had the odd lump removed and had a dental. This easy-going couple are a delight to have around because they’re all about love!
