Gorgeous Piper is an approximately 7 year old, male, tri-colour, Border Collie Cross who is looking for a new home with the help of Heathlands Animal Sanctuary in Hertfordshire.
Piper is the sweetest, most affectionate boy. Despite clearly not having had any input in his previous life, he’s a generally quiet, responsive dog and good in the home. He strongly attaches to his humans, adores cuddles and belly rubs.
Piper is fine with other dogs outside and is respectful of the bitch in the foster home. He’s has already had a couple of outings to a coffee shop and a garden centre where he enjoyed all the attention from random strangers.
Piper travels well in the car and would like a fairly quiet home. Although he’s a Collie cross, he’s not a high-powered dog, but he does enjoy his walks and playtime. He will need training in basic commands, but he’s very eager to please so will pick things up quickly.
Piper will make a really fantastic companion dog. He could live with children around 12+ and has not been cat tested. Piper is neutered and has no known medical conditions.
