Brave Benji (Oldies Club, fostered Wiltshire)
Benji arrived in Oldies Club care in poor health and was found to have numerous tumours on his spleen. He was too poorly to have surgery and so we have had to say goodbye to this beautiful, brave old boy.

Nero (Bath Cats and Dogs Home)
7/3/19 – Absolutely brilliant news for Nero – he has found a new home at last! He gave a thank-you card to the people at Bath Cats & Dogs Home, and he left some treats and toys for the other dogs there. How lovely!

Rosie (Rain Rescue, South Yorkshire)
10/04/17 – Dear old Rosie was too poorly to carry on. She was suffering with no hope of improvement, so the decision was made to let her go. Sleep tight lovely girl.

Emily (RSPCA Bryn y Maen Animal Centre, fostered North Wales)
13/3/17 – We are very sad to hear that lovely Emily recently became very unwell and the rescue had to say goodbye to her. She had just been offered a new home too. The RSPCA said: “We are very grateful to her fosterers who have surrounded her with love, comfort and happiness for her last few weeks. Emily was safe and very happy and we cannot ask for more than that. Run free dear Emily.” :(

Here at Oldies Club, we have dedicated our volunteer work to rescuing and rehoming older dogs in the UK for almost 12 years now. Of course we love our oldies every day of the year, but we celebrate Love an Oldie Day on 14th February and invite you to make a donation to help us in our rescue work.

Angel Megan (Oldies Club)
Mega was with us for such a brief time, but she touched so many hearts. We are so grateful to her lovely foster carers for giving Megan a loving, comfortable home for her last days.
