19/8/18 – Belle and Lucy have been adopted!

Dunroamin K9 Rescue have a couple of lovely new girls looking for a forever home together if possible … please meet Belle and Lucy …

Belle is a 13 year old Labrador/Husky cross and Lucy is a typical Jack Russell of 11 years who have come into care through no fault of their own. Belle has lived in her previous home all her life along with children. She seems to be healthy, although a bit over-weight, but she loves her steady walks and likes to play with her toys.

Belle

Belle is a really great character and very affectionate and loving. She is vocal when seeing other dogs out and about but, when introduced, she is fine if they are fine with her. Belle has lived with Lucy for over 10 years who is also up for adoption, preferably in the same home as Belle.

Lucy is a bit of a lap dog. She enjoys her walks with Belle and is also a lovely character and friendly girl. Lucy doesn’t tend to play with toys but will guard them a bit. She does love her friendship with Belle and gets a bit stressed when she is not with her.

Lucy

Seeing these two lovely girls together, it would be very sad to have to re-home them in separate homes so they would love to find a caring place together. They are both easy to walk and would make great family pets.
