31/3/18 – Louis has a lovely new home already!
Louis is an eight year old Patterdale Terrier who was handed in to Wonky Pets Rescue because his previous owner couldn’t keep him. Louis is currently in foster care in South Birmingham where he’s proving to be a super little chap!
Louis has a placid, laid-back personality and loves everyone he meets. He’s always happy to see new people and enjoys getting lots of fuss. He loves human company so much that he’d like to find a home with someone who won’t leave him for too long, perhaps a few hours a day.
Louis has been great with all the other dogs in foster with him, and he seems happy to be in their company. He hasn’t been very close to cats yet, but so far doesn’t seem to have as keen a prey drive as most terriers, and he’s ignored any livestock he’s met.
Louis travels well in the car and loves nice, long walks. He’s good on the lead and because he’s such an active little dog he’ll need a home where he’ll get plenty of exercise to keep him fit and well.
Louis could live with other friendly, neutered dogs and he would be fine with a family with dog-savvy children aged 5 years and over.
Louis is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
