13/01/19 – Marvin has been adopted! Hooray!

Dear old Marvin is a senior crossbreed boy in the care of Rain Rescue in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. He could live with sensible, older children and might be able to live with other dogs after careful introductions or would be happy as an only dog. He has a bit of a fuss deficit so he needs a lot of love!

This sweet old boy has had a rough life, passed around from one home to another and arrived at the centre emaciated and with really itchy skin. Thanks to a bit of TLC he is now on the road to recovery. Despite his ordeal he’s a really lovely, well rounded boy with a great temperament. As you can see from his photos he’s spent some time in the office at Rain Rescue and was as good as gold!

He likes a good potter round the secure paddock there but then is happy to spend the rest of his time snoring away in his bed. He has the kind of snore which can topple precarious vases and makes you wonder how someone managed to get a motorbike into the room. Oh and he LOVES LOVES LOVES tennis balls!

Marvin is health checked and his adoption package comes with neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, flea and worming, collar, lead and personalised Red Dingo ID Tag as well as 4 weeks free insurance with PetPlan. PLUS all Rain Rescue dogs now come with a free copy of Here To Stay : Training Your Rescue Dog by Lily Clark.

If you could cheer up this lovely boy by giving him a home and lots of love, please fill in Rain Rescue’s online enquiry form.
