Please meet Archie, an adorable old boy who is with All Animals Rescue and Rehome in Essex.
Archie is a very small, traditional Staffy who just wants someone to snuggle up to. He was lucky to be taken in by All Animals Rescue and Rehome when his time ran out at the council pound and he was due to be put to sleep. He is proving to be a little darling who has clearly been well loved at some point.
This sweetest of little old men is thought to be aged 10+. He is not giddy or bouncy and is very happy to plod around. He loves sleeping in his bed, and he loves sleeping on his foster carer’s bed even more, and with a face like Archie’s it’s very hard for her to say no to him.
Archie is perfectly clean in the house, is not destructive and can be left for short periods without any problems. He walks well on the lead and is an absolute pleasure in every way.
Archie is great with other dogs – there are ten dogs in his foster home, of all shapes and sizes, and he loves them all. He is great with children, and he is even good with cats, as you can see.
Archie travels perfectly, in fact he just curls up in comfort and sleeps. He is a very undemanding little man who will make a fantastic addition to his new home. His foster carer says “He is the sweetest most adorable little snuggle bug you will ever meet. All he wants is to curl up with you for cuddles and he doesn’t have a bad bone in his body! If I had room he would be staying here forever because he is just so wonderful“.
