18/03/19 – Dalton has been adoted having been spotted as Old Dog of the Week on the Oldies Club website! Congratulations lovely Dalton!

Dalton is a 7 year old black Labrador cross in foster care in Norfolk through Safe Rescue. He can live with other dogs, after nice introductions and dog savvy teenagers would be OK for him. He’s a happy boy when bounding about with his friends!

Dalton was rescued from a shelter in Romania and has now been with in the UK for a few months. After initially being quite wary of people he has progressed to wanting to be around them, enjoying human contact.

Dalton absolutely loves his walks and it’s a pleasure to see him running freely and enjoying new adventures after so long at the depressing shelter. Being black, he’s unlikely to stand out in the adoption crowd so if you’ve got as far as reading this, please consider offering a home as many will have scrolled past.

Dalton gets on well with most other dogs. He is happy to be left alone and well behaved around the home. He’s still a little hand shy with unknown humans but improves with this daily.

If you can find it in your heart to offer this gentle natured, sometimes timid boy the loving home he deserves, please contact Safe Rescue (quoting his ref. 0726848 and his location ref. FR007) as follows:
