Elmer is a gorgeous 10-year-old brown Collie Cross boy who is with Dantes Dream Dog Rescue and is in a foster home in Gloucestershire.
13/7/19 – Elmer has found a home!
This lovely lad is a big puppy at heart and he loves walks and playing with toys – especially his teddy bears. He can be bouncy, and strong on the lead, so needs a home that is child-free or with children over 12.
He is currently living with other dogs and could live with an easy-going dog in his new home, after proper introductions. He lives with cats currently too.
Elmer is neutered. He has had treatment for heartworm and is now healthy and happy but he may require blood checks once a year. Elmer has been waiting for a home for well over a year, which is so unfair as he will make a lovely, loyal pet – perhaps for someone who is retired but active and looking for a walking companion.
