Willow (Romanian Rescue Appeal, Wiltshire)

2/2/20 – Willow has been adopted by his foster family!

Affectionate Willow is a male, black Spitz type boy and is approximately 9 years old. He is urgently looking for a new foster home or, better still, adoption would be wonderful, in a quiet location with the help of the Romanian Rescue Appeal. He has had to be moved into kennels in the Swindon area through no fault of his own (for personal reasons the foster could no longer keep him).

Willow would enjoy an outdoor life with lots of exercise. Although he needs a quiet home, he is very energetic despite his age and enjoys his walks. He is very affectionate and will bond closely with his new owner.

Willow can live with other dogs but would be best as an only dog provided his owner is around most of the time. He gets upset by normal urban environmental noises, so a rural location would suit him. Any children in the home should be older and quiet as he is likely to be scared by the noise and unpredictability of younger children.

Willow needs a secure garden and cats are for chasing, so definitely no small furries please. Even the neighbour’s cats, etc., should be invisible if possible! He requires further training as he has a tendency to chase cars/bikes.

Willow has no known medical needs and has been neutered.
