10/6/20 – We are thrilled to hear that Benidorm Bob has found a home. Whoop!
Big Benidorm Bob is being fostered in Rugby, Warwickshire for Safe Rescue. He is an absolutely splendid 10-year-old German Shepherd x Great Dane and is therefore a pretty large chap. And he is so very handsome too.
Poor Bob has spent his whole life in a pound in Benidorm, but luckily for him Safe Rescue agreed to take him on a few weeks ago. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this boy and the only reason he never got to leave the pound was simply because he’s not a desirable-looking or adoptable dog in most people’s eyes. But we know that Oldies Club readers are far more discerning than your average dog adopter…
Safe Rescue think that he is absolutely awesome and they have started down the path of finding a home and family where he will at last be loved and cherished for his twilight years.
This gentle giant gets on very well with all other dogs, and he likes children and adults alike. He really holds no grudges about the tragic waste of all of those years. He still enjoys his walks and is very strong and can pull when he first starts walking, so he needs someone strong enough to hold him.
Benidorm Bob is the coolest dog you’ll ever meet. Nothing fazes him and nothing gets him down! Could you offer him his first and forever real home?
