25/4/20 – Tegen has found a home!
Tegen is an 8-year-old medium-large Crossbreed girl who is with Love Underdogs in Waltham Abbey, Essex.
She is a beautiful girl who can only be described as a kind soul. She can be a little shy with new people so needs to be met a couple of times before an adoption. When Tegen arrived she was very withdrawn and shy but she has come out of her shell beautifully.
Tegen loves other dogs, all of them. She loves to play with her friends and can often be seen running around with Barnie or Yakari, and her little face lights up, which always brings the kennel staff such joy.
She loves people who have invested in a relationship with her and she will bring so much happiness to whoever gives her a loving and caring home. She is the kind of dog who wouldn’t hurt a fly, just really sweet natured.
Tegen has not had the best start in life, she lost her tail along the way, somehow, and ended up in a pound in Transylvania, very scared of the world. She has come on leaps and bounds since her arrival with Love Underdogs though.
She is looking to be adopted by an active, compassionate, experienced and relaxed adult-only household. She would do well with the support of a canine sibling, so if you have a confident, established dog, it would help Tegen come along faster. She will take a little time to get used to new things as she has probably never lived in a home, but she will love the comfort of her very own home once she has one.
Once Tegen finds her feet, which shouldn’t take too long, she will be a fun, expressive, even cheeky little girl. Love Underdogs can’t wait to see her being truly happy. All Love Underdogs’ dogs are rehomed with a home trial for 2 weeks before a formal adoption. Love Underdogs offer behaviourist support for the lifetime of the dog.
