Mitzi (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

Please help Mitzi by sharing this page!

Mitzi is a lovely, medium sized Crossbreed lady of 8 – 10 years. She’s currently in a foster home in Norwich, Norfolk through Safe Rescue. She’s looking for an adult-only home with at least one other calm dog to show her the ropes.

Mitzi was rescued from a shelter in Romania so she’s used to having lots of other dogs around her.

She’s finding the change to a life of comfy sofas and dog beds most convivial!

Mitzi is shy of strangers but she’s very food orientated and it doesn’t take too long to win her over.

She’s relaxed in the home, when there’s at least one other dog to give her confidence. She likes walks but is still a little nervous out and about. She’ll need owners who are used to sensitive dogs and will allow her time and space to adjust. She seems to be fine with confident cats.

Mitzi is really grateful to be in a better environment now. She has so much love to give! All she needs is a settled retirement in a quiet, loving home. Could that be with you?

Mitzi is vaccinated, microchipped and spayed.

Note: Safe Rescue have a policy that all dogs adopted from Safe Rescue must wear a slip lead on walks for the duration of their lives. Please only enquire about Safe Rescue dogs if you are happy to always use a slip lead – extendable leads are not acceptable to Safe Rescue. All dogs have to be collected and a crate must be used.
