11/1/18 – Gorgeous Amilia has found her new home! Woohoo!

Sweetie Amilia is a 9 year old, medium sized German Shepherd type lady, currently in a foster home in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk through Safe Rescue. She’s good with dog savvy children and is very good with other dogs. She’s a bit of a timid girl at times and will need relaxed and caring owners, who like walkies.
Safe Rescue say, “This girl is amazing. She has been a long term resident in the Radauti shelter in Romania and from her behaviour on arrival I doubt she has ever set foot in a house before. She is now starting to believe herself worthy of not laying outside in the rain and once or twice has even dared to sleep on a proper dog bed instead of the hard floor.
“Amilia is the sweetest natured girl. She is a typical loyal and devoted German Shepherd, she gets on brilliantly with other dogs and is already walking well on a lead. She is house trained and quiet around the home. She is a little hand shy and acts as though she has been hit in the past….. but in seconds she gets past her fear and loves a cuddle and a fuss.”
