13/11/17 – Major has found a new home

Jolly Major is a senior English Bull Terrier X boy, in the care of Rain Rescue in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. They rescued him from the pound and he’s been over the moon ever since…

Not to mention, an exceptionally Good Boy!

Major greets everyone with a waggy tail and a big smile. His enthusiasm for life is infectious.

He’s been good with all the other dogs at the rescue so sharing his home with a doggy sibling is a possibility, after happy introductions. His personality is very bouncy and he is wonderfully solid so it’s not recommended that he lives with small children. Older children (who are more steady on their feet) would probably be great playmates for him!

Rain Rescue say, ” In the time he has been with us he hasn’t put a paw wrong. As you can see from his photos he loves getting out for a walk and run in our secure field, though he is strong on the lead so will need an owner who is capable of holding him and working on his lead training – although on his harness he is great!”

Major is neutered and seems to be completely healthy. If you want to find out more about this joyful lad, please contact Rain Rescue as follows:
