18/09/18 – Tara has been adopted, having been spotted on the Oldies Club website! Hooray!

Dear old Tara is a crossbreed lady of at least 7 years, in the care of Rain Rescue in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Don’t believe her face, she’s actually a cheerful girl who’s really affectionate when she feels secure.

Tara is seeking lifelong companionship. She’s a very good girl in the house, clean and easy going. Her hobbies include people watching, gardening (or the supervising thereof) travel and cuisine.

She would like a relaxing home, with her own space available for meditation, reflection and some possible snoring. Dog and child free home sought, for ultimate tranquillity and cuddles. It’s thought she just might be able to live with a dog-savvy cat, with careful introductions. Tara is a great listener and empathiser. She’s also good company for outings, especially picnics!

She’s equally content with relaxed and cosy evenings on the sofa, or in front of the fire with a book. As long as she has good company, she’s a happy lady!

Her face may not show how happy she is but the rest of her body language does. Her tail will do full circles when she’s really chuffed. It’s only from the neck up that she droops, bless her!

Previously Tara’s had ear infections but she’s been treated and is all clear now. She’s had a full mammary strip as well and is in good health.

Rain Rescue say, “Tara is doted on by all who know her. She’s fallen on hard times, being in rescue for almost a year now but she hasn’t let this phase her. Although she can be overwhelmed by lots of strangers and new situations, once she knows she is safe she is just the loveliest girl with so much love to give. She has the funniest, waggliest helicopter tail we’ve ever seen!”

“Could you love me?”
