12/1/2020 Beautiful Anna has been adopted and truly deserves to be in her loving, forever home.

Beautiful Anna is a medium sized Crossbreed girl, believed to be about 10 years old. She’s in a multi-dog foster home in Wymondham, Norfolk through Safe Rescue.
The story of how she came into their care is best told by the rescue. It’s pretty harrowing so if you don’t want to be harrowed, skip past the bits in italics. Safe Rescue say, “Some of you may remember us sharing a story about a dog being dumped by the roadside in Romania tied up in a bag. She tried to fight her way out and managed to wear down two holes through the bag. Anna made a remarkable attempt to evade the dog catchers half trapped in the bag running on two legs, but inevitably ended up collapsing from exhaustion… Luckily Anna was brought to our attention and she is in a foster home waiting for her family to pamper her for the rest of her life. Anna is a very undemanding dog who doesn’t seek out fuss yet, but will accept attention if given. Her past has obviously made her very wary, particularly of men.”
Anna has a very submissive nature and is happy to live with other dogs. She currently lives with cats and is fine with them as long as they don’t seek interaction with her. She seems to take no notice of the fosterer’s chickens!
Anna is a very sweet dog and now wags her tail for walks and food. She loves her walks but tends to pull on the lead especially when out with other dogs. She is not yet 100% clean in the house and still has the odd accident but does go neatly on puppy pads. This will improve when she has a garden she can run around free in, which isn’t possible at her foster home. She really deserves a quiet, happy retirement home where she can truly experience feeling safe and loved.
