30/8/19 – Bobbi has proved to be extremely popular and he has a lovely new home lined up to go to. Isn’t that good news!
———-

Bobbi is a 15-year-old Cairn x Border Terrier boy who is at Chilterns Dog Rescue Society in Tring, Hertfordshire after his owner passed away.

Bobbi is the most wonderful older gentleman who is looking for someone super special to live out his days with. He is good with everyone and everything and, while elderly, shows a real zest for life and clearly intends to stay around for as long as possible. He could live with a compatible dog friend and with cats.

As the photo above shows, Bobbi was in need of quite a bit of attention when he arrived at CDRS. His coat was thick, matted and dirty and he was obese. He has already lost a couple of kilos, which is allowing him to be much more active.

He has a number of age-related issues, but luckily none are serious or require further treatment: mild cataracts and several large, fatty lumps on his abdomen. He is having a dental before he leaves CDRS, and two small warts removed from his eyelid and the top of his head. Once this has been done, Bobbi is good to go and get on with the rest of his life.

Could you offer Bobbi a fabulous home?
