23/2/2023 – Little Brian found a new home!

Brian is a Maltese Terrier who is about 13 or 14 years old. He is with Ardley Rescue Kennels, near Bicester in Oxfordshire. Their website is currently down, but they can be contacted by email or phone.
Brian is a lovely little boy who has coped well with being homeless, then being in kennels, and all the medical treatments he has received. He is now longing for a quiet retirement home with a lap to sit on and lots of lovely comforting cuddles. He will enjoy pottering around a garden.
He is good with other dogs provided they have a quiet temperament. He does chase cats but Brian is not very fast! He loves to be with people and is quite vocal if left alone, so needs a home where he can be with someone most of the time. It isn’t known if he is used to children, but he would be best in a quiet home.
Since being castrated he has become cleaner in the house, but he may still have the odd accident. He has had to have 15 teeth removed, and a corrective procedure to close a flap to his nasal passage – poor Brian! He has a luxating patella and is on long term Metacam for this.
